Note: The relative recovery capabilities of various inorganic acids are approximately as follows: hydrochloric acid ≥ nitric acid > sulfuric acid > hydrofluoric acid > phosphoric acid
Corrosion waste acid from electrode foil processing
Corrosion foil is a type of electrode foil. Electrode foil refers to a key material used in the production of electrolytic capacitors. It is used to carry charges and electrolytes, and its main function is to store charges.

Question:
Each aluminum foil corrosion production line generates an amount of waste acid of 1100 to 1200 liters per hour. The usual residual liquid is directly neutralized for treatment, which results in a large amount of solid waste and a significant waste of acid.
Solution:
By using the diffusion dialysis method, for each line, 8801 units of acid can be recovered per hour. This not only reduces the cost of neutralizing the base at the rear end but also alleviates the environmental pressure.

Scope of application:
The waste acids from the three processes - the sulfuric acid method, the hydrochloric acid method, and the nitric acid method - can all be recycled.
Expected lifespan:
使用工况符合要求,现场运维管理得当,膜寿命3-5年,甚至更长。
